File Submission

We accept the following formats: PDF, DCS-2, TIFF-IT p1 (page file [FP], continuous tone file [CT], linework file [LW])
Native application files from these programs (in all cases fonts and linked image files must be included): QuarkXpress, PageMaker, In-Design, Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop.
We accept the following transportable media: 1.44 MB disks, CD-ROM, DVD’s, Zip disks (100 & 250 MB), Jazz disks (1 GB).
A four-color proof for on-press matching is required (Kodak Approval, Matchprint, Fuji, or similar.) Color proofs should include color proofing bars; proofs for black-and-white ads should include gray scales.

Conditions

Agency or publishers discount: 15%. Payment is due 30 days after receipt of invoice. A signed insertion order is required to run all advertisements. Cancellations are not accepted after the closing date for insertion orders. If/when new advertising rates are announced, advertisers will be protected for three months at rates then prevailing. All advertising content is subject to approval by the Publisher.
