The MIT SMR App for iOS and Android Devices

The MIT SMR app is available for both iOS and Android devices, and features magazine content from each issue in a format tailored to your tablet or smartphone. Subscribers can access the issues associated with their subscription and non-subscribers can purchase individual issues or become a subscriber right from the app.

How to set up the app on your device.

Step 1

Install the free MIT Sloan Management Review app from the iTunes Store for iOS devices or Google Play Store for Android devices.

Step 2

Sign in with the email associated with your MIT SMR subscription.

For iOS devices: Just tap the “Settings” icon in the top right-hand corner of the tablet app (or in the bottom right corner on the smartphone app) and enter your subscriber email address.

For Android devices: Just tap the “Sign In” button and enter your subscriber email address.

Not a subscriber? You can purchase a subscription directly through the app or get a 16% discount by subscribing right now.

Step 3

Tap the “Library” icon to view all available issues. Any issue that is associated with your subscription will display a “Download” button.

Frequently asked questions.

I don’t know my app login. How do I sign into the app?

Your app login is the same as the one you use to sign in to the MIT SMR website. Log in using the email address attached to your subscription.

If you are unable to log in or are unsure of what email address you used to buy your subscription, please contact us.

How do I view the print version of the magazine?

From the app, you can view the print version of the magazine by tapping an issue in the app library, and then tapping “View Pages” from the table of contents.

You can also view the digital replica by signing in with your MIT SMR login.

Where do I enter my password?

The latest version of our app no longer requires a password to access your app account. Log in using the email address associated with your subscription. If you are unable to log in, or are unsure of what email address you used to buy your subscription, please contact us.

I subscribed to MIT SMR through iTunes/Google Play. How to I restore my purchases?

To restore purchases associated with your iTunes account, tap “Settings,” and you will see an option to “Restore purchases associated with your iTunes account.”

To restore purchases associated with your Google Play account, tap the “Sign In” button on the home screen. Then tap the option to “Restore.”

How many issues can I download for offline reading?

You can download up to five issues to read offline. You can manage the issues you have downloaded by tapping “Settings” and then “Manage.”
