Relationship to MIT

MIT Sloan Management Review is a media entity wholly owned by MIT but editorially independent from it. Organizationally, we sit within the MIT Sloan School of Management, and we align with its mission to develop principled, innovative leaders who improve the world and to generate ideas that advance management practice.

MIT Sloan Management Review is governed by the same integrity and commitment to excellence as other departments and programs at MIT. We benefit from the school’s extensive resources, including direct access to its world-renowned faculty, researchers, and thought leaders in management and technology. While we maintain close ties with MIT Sloan, our coverage of management theory and practice remains independent.
