Managing Across Borders: New Organizational Responses

THE AUTHORS HAVE ARGUED that limited organizational capability is the most critical constraint facing international companies that attempt to respond to new strategic demands (“Managing across Borders: New Strategic Requirements,” SMR, Summer 1987).
