Organizations will be ready to meet the requirements of the EU AI Act as they phase in over the next 12 months. Disagree |
“My main concern in the ability to meet the requirements are the disclosure requirements and the state of technology: How do we verify and watermark content that is AI-generated (rather than human-generated)? Without the ability to do that, enforcing this act is impractical.
Additionally, there may be systems we consider limited/minimal risk because we do not yet understand their consequences, which may make them potentially high risk. The requirement for human oversight may help alleviate these concerns, but there needs to be substantial training and education to be able to evaluate potential risks and mitigate those.” |
